So GARF closed this past weekend. Very bittersweet ending. I'm glad it's over, because I have so much else going on in the next couple weeks, and I have to say, it was quite exhausting to do GARF and then have to run to "Forum." But, man, what a great season! I felt bad having to run off on closing day and not getting to say goodbye to many of my Rennie friends, but I guess that's the way it had to go this year. I'm glad I can keep up with so many of them thru LJ!

supergoober. I was so honored to be involved in the scenario! I'd recount the whole story here, but she has done a much better job of that than I ever could, over in her own LJ. Go read it! I do have to say, though, that the proposal was wonderful, romantic, and appropriately cheesy. Just perfect!
"Forum" is going well, too. I'll be glad not to have to run straight from Fest on Saturdays and Sundays, and to be able to do the show on said nights not covered in GARF dust and sweat. Wheeeeeeeeeee! And it'll be good not to fall asleep in the balcony on those nights too. I know
crazyauntjaynie has caught me a couple of times. Oops! Have a couple special after show events too coming up: the Lost Boys will be doing a concert on the 12th and Karma Lingo on the 19th.
Speaking of the 19th, that's also my dear hobbit sister Penny's wedding day! She and her husbahd-to-be just look so happy together, and I am so excited about it! I think the plan for the day is to have the wedding and reception in the morning and early afternoon, and then continue the party at "Forum" and the after-show concert. Wheeeeeee! A whole day of much fun!
