I know many of you on my friends' list are walking, or have already sponsored someone who is, but if you haven't...

hazelrah1. Mel is one of the best people I know. She is spirited, fiercly loyal, has an amazing spirit and a great sense of humor. She is a proud Tolkien and Harry Potter geek, and has been on staff for the Tolkien and YA Lit tracks at DragonCon for many years. She was diagnosed earlier this year with ALS.
