Your sinuses are connected to your ears by way of a little tube that I can't rember the name of. It's designed to help keep equal air pressure in your ears and therfore keep your balance working right. I know this because when my allergies act up my sinuses get full And I basically go deaf. Might try something to decongest your head. better sooner than later, don't want to have the draining head all weekend.
