Gig last night went GREAT, despite my nerves at only having practiced with current line-up like 4 times. WOOT!

Thanks to everyone who came out. I have an awesomely supportive family and circle of friends. And it was good to have AoME Felloship again! :) Plus, got to see (if not hang out with that much) [livejournal.com profile] ladychevalier and Chaz. YAY!

Been cleaning house today. It needed it BIG TIME. When both [livejournal.com profile] captnsparrow and I are working 40 hour weeks AND doing shows, there's not much time for sleep, and us time, let alone housework.

Also, pimpage for 2 of my friends, in case anyone has anything coming up for which they need to buy presents:

for really beautiful jewelry from [livejournal.com profile] chatdecalicot

Bella Perlina Jewelry

And for awesome, all-natural body products from the newest Shakespeare Tavern employee:
Distilled Rose

So sorry, I didn't get to write any band names on the list last night, BUT did try to come up with some today, do you want them here or in an email?

I tried posting last night, but I guess it didn't take...

Loved the place (once we FOUND it... &*%^# Yahoo Maps). Only problem was the 3 TVs right next to the stage. I was trying to watch the band when the movement in the 3 screens made me look away on several different occasions, involuntarily. Three seconds later I had to slap myself and say "You're watching a FISHING Show?? Eyes FRONT, soldier!"

You all sounded good for only performing a couple of times together. Polish will come, but the place loved you guys. And your Uber-Supportive Mother.. only SHE could watch her baby girl singing "Pour Some Sugar On Me" with all it's oh-so-subtle subtext, and beam with pride so much. :-)
