Gone fishin'

Well, not really, because I don't fish.

But, I'll be away from regularly scheduled computer access for the next 3 1/2 weeks or so. So if I don't update, or you email me and I don't get back to you right away, that's why.

Right now, I'm at the Tavern catching up on a few things and clearing out my email spam folder (which took quite literally 2 hours to download!) so I figured I'd take a couple seconds to update while I have the time.

supergoober...hope you're feeling better, hope the move goes well this weekend (sorry I can't be there to help!), and hope your new (rental) house is wonderful! Can't wait to see it!

ladychevalier...hope the new job is going great! Good seeing you this past weekend and looking much forward to Tybee!

karmakeys...had fun hanging out with you yesterday! Am assuming the car was not ready since I've been at the Tavern since noon and haven't seen you. Hope those car guys hurry up and get it fixed!

blackwidowcrf...miss you! Will have to call you over the weekend when I have free cell minutes. ;)

Everybody else...hope you're all having a great summer! I miss being online...I feel so removed from everything!

I'm going to see "Mr. Four Wheel Drive" at Dad's Garage tonight, and going to GA Shakes for the first time ever tomorrow night...taking captnsparrow to see "Cyrano." Chris Kayser is playing the title role...yay! Such a talented (and nice!) guy. Not too "big" of a man to help tear down the set on strike night after the show closes.

Finally saw "Harry Potter" this week (twice!)...very enjoyable. Like the new direction the movies are taking. Will have to reread the books now (hmmm...beach reading?) just to see how much different the movie was from the books. Can't remember anything that really jumped out at me as "they left it out!".

That's it for now...have a bunch of emails to catch up on too, so off to do that while I have computer access!
