Dude, you only had one?! I am impressed and amazed. Meanwhile, what did I have for DINNER last night? A chocolate milk chug and HALF A DOZEN hot glazed. Yes, I am completely to blame for my own incredible lack of health and fitness. But hey, today's the first of June, right? So I'll "start my diet" today... (yeah right!).

It was difficult to resist, but I remained strong! (I got guilt feelings from teh SlimFast sitting next to me that I had brought for breakfast.)

Besides, life's too short NOT to eat Krispy Kremes every so often. :)
