The Shakespeare Tavern is offering 2-for-1 tickets (adult price only) for the Sunday, Feb. 5 performance of "The Merchant of Venice." Simply call 404-874-5299 x0 or email boxoffice@shakespearetavern.com with the password "Touchdown." And please specify the seating section you prefer-main floor, box seats, or balcony.
Showtime Sunday is 6:30 PM; seating begins at 5:15 and is first-come, first-served within the chosen section.

The offer is not valid on previously purchased tickets or on web sales.
Seriously, guys...if you haven't seen the show yet, and you're not going to be glued to the TV watching football on Sunday, come see this show. It's the best work I've ever seen from Doug Kaye (Shylock). As is not often the case with this particular show, there's not a real hero or villian...these characters aren't painted in shades of black and white...there are a lot of grey areas. It's entertaining, funny, poignant, and really makes you think.
