Old soul....

Thinking about that Tarot Card thing, and the response supergoober had to mine makes me wonder...

I didn't get one of those "higher path" cards. The reason on the website had to do with being a newer soul as opposed to an old soul.

My mom, crazyauntjaynie has always said I'm an old soul...and I think she'd know. I've always had an affinity for old Celtic myths and legends, and Mom swears I lived back then. I had a teacher in high school who always told me I looked like a Renaissance princess. Not that I'd want to go live back then, because I really like my modern conveniences, but it's interesting to think about.

Why are we drawn to certain people? Or interested in certain time periods? My Tia (mom's sister) is a huge Civil War buff and totally convinced she was a nurse back then.

Oh, bummer...I'd really like to post more about this, but I have to get back to work...

Hmmm...that's an interesting new concept.

It's funny, up until a couple years ago, I didn't really believe in reincarnation at all. Catholic upbringing and all that.

Now, though, I'm changing my opinion. It'd be an awful shame to live just the few short years we do and that be it!
